School Improvement Priorities 2024 – 2026
The areas for improvement for the 2024 – 2026 academic years are identified as:
Key Priority 1 Quality of Education
•To continue to provide a curriculum that is ambitious and gives all the children the knowledge, skills and cultural capital needs for future learning.
Key Priority 2 Behaviour and Attitudes
•To continue to develop behaviour for learning and continue to improve.
Key Priority 3 Leadership and Management including Governance
•How effective is the school’s distinctive Christian vision, established and promoted by leadership at all levels, in enabling pupils and adults to flourish.
Key Priority 4 Leadership and Management
•To develop the role of Middle Leaders within the school.
