Infants Multi-Skills

Walk to School
The next “Walk to School” will be on Thursday 3rd December at 8.20am from Cowan Bridge Village Hall. Those taking part will be rewarded with Christmas Croissants and orange juice. Independent walkers are very welcome to join the breakfast, but will need to be at school by 8.30am.
Christmas Performance
The highlight of the festive school calendar is nearly upon us with this year’s eagerly anticipated Christmas production of “A Pudding for the Chimney Sweep”. As with previous years, there will be two performances; both on Thursday 10th December in the school hall at 2.00pm and 6.00pm.
As we expect the evening performance to be extremely popular, we need an idea of numbers attending. For this purpose, you will find a reply slip enclosed in this week’s bag for completion and return by Monday 7th December please. If you have pre-school children who would like to watch, and if at all possible, please bring them to the afternoon performance-thanks!
Please ensure your child’s costume is in by Thursday 3rd December. Thanks.
PTFA Christmas Hamper Goodies
PFTA will be holding a raffle at the end of the Christmas Performance. Donations of items such as biscuits, chocolates, jams, bottles, gifts and toys will be gratefully received for this year’s Christmas Hamper. Please drop your donations in the decorated box outside the school office. Tickets for the raffle will be available at the Christmas Production.
Bags to School If you have any second hand clothing, shoes, soft toys, handbags, hats, scarves or belts please put them into one of the bags we have put in your Friday bag. Bags to School collect and weigh the bags and the PFTA will receive a payment based on the weight collected. This year they will be collecting from Hayley Masons home, Crow Trees at Leck. Please bring your bags to her home or to the school entrance before Wednesday 9th December. Many thanks.
