What a lovely week we’ve had! We had a great morning celebrating harvest this week. We enjoyed all the activities; which included making animals out of nature we found on our grounds, fingerprint trees and pine cone hedgehogs, among others. The display looks beautiful. We have had a great week in school! The autumnal weather was lovely for our first Walk 2 School, seeing 16 children take part and enjoy breakfast together on arrival at school. Our next Walk 2 School will be Tuesday 4th October.Thank you for the prompt return of Friday bags this week. We are all greatly saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and join the nation and the world in mourning the death of our remarkable Monarch. The school community sends our thoughts and prayers to all the Royal Family. The children have all had a great first full week back! Welcome back to school, and welcome to all our new children! It has been lovely to see our children return to school today, they have all settled back in well and seem happy to be back surrounded by friends. We are looking forward to welcoming all our Reception children alongside Isaac and Celia into Nursery next week.
