This week has been a little quieter in school. The infants were very welcoming to Mr Preece, and he has enjoyed his first couple of days with us. The infants enjoyed their Forest School session on Tuesday morning, they made shelters for themselves using tarp and protected themselves from the blustery weather. We’ve had a busy week in school with various activities taking place, starting with the Forest School session for infants on Tuesday. Once again, the weather wasn’t brilliant, but we enjoyed the great outdoors nonetheless, and had lots of fun building shelters for our little friend, the dormouse, ready for hibernation. Cross Country took place at a rather muddy Tatham Fells on Wednesday afternoon, the children all behaved impeccably - a real credit to the school, well done to those…
