We’ve had another lovely week in school. On Tuesday, we sent an upper junior and a lower junior team of footballers out to a cluster competition at Arkholme. The sun was shining, the children worked really hard for each other and showed great teamwork and sportsmanship – well done all! We’ve had a brilliant start to Summer term. On Monday we trialled our first “it’s good to be back” wellbeing day. The idea for the day came from the KS2 children after we discussed what would make coming back to school after a holiday less worrying.
