We have had a relatively quiet week in school! Due to the wild weather, unfortunately the KS1 multi-skills event due to take place on Tuesday was postponed. We will let parents know the new date as and when we have it. This morning in school, all children have taken part in the annual RSPB Big Bird Watch event. What a week! Thank you to all parents / carers for being so understanding when we had to unexpectedly close on Wednesday due to no heating and no hot water. Please can all parents / carers ensure they have notification set to ‘ON’ if you use the Teachers2Parents App to receive our messages. We have had a lovely first full week in school. Our after-school clubs returned this week, with Herbalist Club on Tuesday – children made marshmallows this week. There are spaces for new students to join – from aged 7+, every Tuesday 3.15-4.45pm. Please email me if your child/ren would like to attend. On Wednesday, dance club started. Happy New Year and welcome back to school. This week, albeit short, has been a busy week. On Wednesday all children were introduced to Mrs Nicole Davison, our new associate head teacher. Nicole has joined us on secondment from Lancaster Christ Church and will be with us until the end of the Summer term. We also welcomed our new SENCO, Mrs Erin Jones.
