What a week! Firstly, we would like to start off by telling you all about last Friday! The six junior girls who took part in the Performing Arts workshop were an absolute credit to school! They were enthusiastic from the moment we boarded the bus. Once we arrived the children took part in three different workshops, singing, dancing and theatre performance. We’ve had a lovely week in school! On Monday our upper junior children took part in a young leader’s programme with Scott Wilcox – these sessions aim to help children develop leadership skills such as organisation, communication and teamwork, as well as building confidence and self-esteem as they take on the responsibility of leading their peers and younger children in small games and activities.
