The infants enjoyed their visit to Hornby Castle on Monday, we got a little taste of the bread they’d baked in the afternoon and it was lovely! Many thanks go out to Mrs Auger, Mrs Franklin and Mrs Wrennall for helping us transport the children, as well as everyone else who volunteered – we really do appreciate it. The infants thoroughly enjoyed their first forest school session – making catapults, bow and arrows and generally spending some quality time in the yurt. Our KS2 cross-country runners did us all proud on Monday, and all came back smiling, so we hope they all enjoyed themselves! Next week we are looking forward to visiting Hornby Castle on Monday with the infants from Hornby St Margaret’s, the KS2 enrichment day on Tuesday and welcoming parents into school for parents meetings on…
