We have had a busy week in school, with lots of fun-filled activities. On Monday afternoon, we celebrated Chinese New Year with a craft afternoon and sampled some food. The children enjoyed learning about other cultures and celebrations. On Tuesday, our infant children headed out to Lakeland Wildlife Oasis where they learnt about the classification of animals and got to hold some of the insects and reptiles. We have had another relatively quiet week in school this week. The infants enjoyed their first forest school session of 2023. We have had a relatively quiet week in school this week. On Tuesday, we had a very wet Walk2School, with only 11 children braving the weather. Our next Walk2School is scheduled for Tuesday 7th February – fingers crossed for better weather!Earlier today, our infant children were visited by Lancaster Fire Brigade.
