Well it has been a rather busy morning in school today – many thanks to all the parents, babies and toddlers who joined us for the morning; we hope you all enjoyed yourselves. Well, what a week it has been in school! Our upper junior children all had a fantastic time climbing with Mr Stafford-Roberts and Rebecca from Tower Wood; both days started at Borwick Hall Outdoor Education Centre, and finished at Hutton Roof crags. On Tuesday, the infants had a visit from Mrs Park and a newborn lamb, and on Wednesday morning, they continued their forest school activities. This week has been another very busy week in school. It started with some fabulous science week activities; the children particularly enjoyed making slime with Mrs Pimblett from QES and the workshops with Mrs Crockett from Manchester Metropolitan University. Well what a lovely first week back we have had.
