Mindfulness Colouring Club

There will be no Colouring Club on Tuesday 12^th July.

Spring Woods

Our whole school Spring Woods walk will now take place on Wednesday 13^th July including a picnic. Infant children having a school meal on this day will have a school packed lunch provided. All Junior’s will need to bring a packed lunch from home. Please see visit information sheet for details.

Year 6 Leavers’ Evening

As many of you are aware from the diary dates on previous newsletters, Monday 11^th July is our Year 6 Leavers Evening at Holgates, Far Arnside. The children will be bowling at the new indoor bowling alley and then enjoying a meal with dessert with members of Staff. They will need to arrive at Holgates Reception for 6pm and will need to be collected at 8.00pm. Please sign and return the slip below together with £14.00 on Monday. Cash or cheque (payable to Leck St Peters).

Leavers’ Service

All families are invited to join us in church for the end of year service on Wednesday 13^th July at 6.30pm to say a final farewell to our Year 6 children and families.

PTFA

After Sports Day on Thursday 14^th July, the PTFA will be offering complimentary Tea, Coffee and Scones for Adults and Juice and Biscuits for the Children. Tea Towels will also be on sale for £3.50 each or two for £6.00. On another note, Hayley Mason has resigned from her position as Chair of the PTFA from the end of term, so we are actively recruiting a new Chairperson. We are extremely grateful for the time and effort that Hayley has put into her role and would like to extend our thanks from all at Leck St Peters.

Staff Farewell

We have started the collection for Mrs Buxton who will be leaving us this summer. Please see Sue in the office or Mrs Wheatley if you wish to contribute.

End of Term

Please can all KS1 and KS2 children bring in a labelled carrier bag for next week to put in end of term items they wish to bring home.
