Medical & Pupil Data Collection Forms – many thanks to all those who have completed these forms. If you haven’t completed yours yet please return them as soon as possible. It is very important that we have correct information available at all times, therefore, if any information changes throughout the school year, please do remember to update the school office. Please return all completed forms by Monday 18th September at the latest- thank you. If you need new forms please let us know.
PTFA Meeting – Monday 18th September 2.15pm in school – please do try to come along, as we desperately need new members, and we really do need and value your support. We will be discussing ideas and plans for the term ahead, all new ideas are gratefully received. Thank you, PTFA.
Junior Swimming – lessons begin this Wednesday for years 3, 4 & 5 so please ensure that your child has their swimming kit with them, and every Wednesday. Boys should wear skin tight swimming trunks (not shorts), and girls should be wearing costumes with their hair tied back wherever possible. The children do not have to wear swimming hats. Goggles can be worn, we suggest that you attach your child’s name.
School Council – can all school council badges be returned to school by next week please. Thank you.
Individual Photographs – the school photographer is coming at 9.30am on Tuesday 26th September to take individual and family group photographs. Any families with younger siblings are very welcome to come into school at 9.30am to join their older brothers / sisters.
Breakfast / Afterschool Clubs – please may we remind you that any children dropped off who aren’t joining our Early Bird Morning Club must be dropped off in the church car park, not the school car park, and will remain unsupervised in the playground until approximately 8.50am when we come out.
All children should be collected at 3.15pm unless they are joining the After School Club, where children can stay until 6pm. Prompt pick up is greatly appreciated.
Parents are also reminded that children must not be left unattended on the play equipment after school. Unless they are in After School Club we cannot be responsible for their safety and behaviour. Thank you.
Weekly Newsletter – as in previous years, please let us know if you would rather receive the newsletter on paper, by email or both. Please complete the reply slip at the bottom and return by Monday. Thank you.
