This week has been relatively quiet in school.  The library bus visited on Tuesday; due to the October half term our next visit is scheduled for Tuesday 17th November.

COVID Reminders – we are regularly washing our hands at school with soap and water, please also encourage this at home.
Do not send in hand sanitiser. This isn’t safe for young children to have in school and isn’t as effective as soap.

School Term & Holiday Pattern – a copy of our school term and holiday pattern is available under the school information section of our website.

Welfare Assistant – we currently have a vacancy for a welfare assistant on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 11.45am – 1.15pm (term time only).
We need someone to help serve meals and supervise the children during their midday break.  Please contact the office for more details.

Values Activity Day – on Wednesday 14th October our annual Activity Day will take place. This year it will be based around our School Christian Values; faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, forgiveness, perseverance and hope. This year will be a little different, as we keep our “bubbles” separate so each class will choose three of the values to focus on, bringing all their work together to display.

Payment Reminders – there are still some children with accounts outstanding for the last academic year. Reminders have been text and emailed today, we would be grateful if these could be cleared ASAP. Please ensure account balances are kept to a minimum.

PTFA Christmas Cards – all artwork was available to have a look at and order at the start of the week, please email Mrs Knapp if you didn’t get chance to see it and we can scan and email a copy to you on Monday. All orders must be accompanied by payment or we will not be able to send the proof off; the deadline is next Friday 16th October.
