Enterprise Committee

Our enterprise sale takes place next Thursday 23rd June between 9.30 and 11.30 at Kirkby Lonsdale market. Please come along and buy our goods!

 

Netball

For the next two weeks; Monday 20th and Monday 27th June, netball practice will be cancelled due to a staff training course and the Malham residential.

 

Summer Holiday Club

Please book your child’s place if you wish them to attend the Summer Holiday Club. We need to know by Thursday 30th June how many children wish to come. If we haven’t enough numbers the club will not be able to run.

 

Tea Towels

The PTFA are selling School Tea Towels at £3.50 or 2 for £6.00. If you wish to buy please see Sue at the Office or a member of the PTFA.

 

Bills

There are Early Morning Club & After School Club Bills in the Friday bags today. If your child attends Early Morning Club, please try to send them with the £1 charge on the day if possible. As we approach the end of the school year prompt payments would be greatly appreciated J

 

Malham

The Junior Children who are not attending the Malham Residential are expected to attend school as normal on the three days. QES Year 6 children will also be out on the Tuesday morning / afternoon. For those children who are going, please check the information we have on the medical form for your child which is enclosed in the Friday bag today. Please return this to school on Monday with any amendments or none.

Visiting School

Next Thursday, Dallas Road School will be visiting for the day from Lancaster. This will give us a chance to show them around our school and local area. We will be planning to visit their school later this year.

 

Uniform

If anyone wishes to order school uniform please can they let either the office or Emma Galley know as soon as possible. An order will be placed next Friday for the new School Term.

 

Staff Farewell

Our super teaching assistant Mrs Buxton will be leaving us this summer. We are very sorry to see her go but wish her well in her future endeavours running her own business. We are holding a collection for her. Please see Sue in the Office if you wish to contribute. Parents will see a job advert on the Lancashire vacancies website.
