What a busy week we’ve had! We kicked off the week with a lovely, but rather chilly, Infants Forest School, the children baked bread on the fire in the morning, made cereal and fruit bird feeders which we hung from the trees and finished the day with s’mores! We’ve had another relatively quiet week in school. This week we joined the nation in taking part in anti-bullying week. The children have had class discussions, assemblies based on the theme for this year ‘One Kind Word’ and joined in a BBC live lesson. Children have been collecting ‘caught you being kind’ tokens throughout the week for their kind attributes and actions. We have had a relatively quiet week in school. With the weather turning wetter and colder, please can we encourage all children to come to school with appropriate outdoor clothing. This includes appropriate outdoor PE kit and trainers too as we will try to get out whatever the weather! We’ve had a busy return to school. It has been lovely to welcome all children back after the half-term break. We would also like to warmly welcome Sophie-Joy to Year 4.
